Charlene is a lifelong resident of Absecon Island and has a genuine passion for local real estate. With over 20 years in the business, she has the experience to exceed her clients' every expectation. Charlene was born in Atlantic City and moved to Margate when she was five years old. She truly grew up with sand in her shoes! After attending college at American University and graduating from the University of Florida, Charlene moved back to the area and raised her children in Margate. While they were growing up, she did charitable work for many local organizations. Charlene obtained her real estate license in 1993. She has spent the years since helping many wonderful people sells their homes and find the perfect property. Sarah graduated from Atlantic City High School and completed her undergraduate studies at the George Washington University in Washington, DC. She received her law degree from Rutgers University in Camden. After law school, Sarah served as a law clerk in the Atlantic County Criminal Court before practicing law in the Philadelphia area. It was during this time that she changed her focus and pursued her real estate dream. Sarah currently resides with her husband in Voorhees, NJ. Sarah's childhood in Margate and experience living throughout the tri-state area have afforded her widespread knowledge of the South Jersey real estate markets.
